Return & Refund Policy


Right Furniture will make every effort to ensure a seamless and comfortable replacement or refund process in the unusual event that it becomes necessary.

We always advise you to check the product upon receipt and refuse delivery if there is any damage or inconsistency.

All Items are eligible for a “Free-Reason” return unless mentioned in the product description.

All Items are eligible for a “Defective-Reason” return.

All refunds will be issued once the item is picked up and confirmed as Returned. Once the Refund is processed it will take 5 to 14 working days (The actual time to receive the refund depends on your bank’s processing speed).

The refund method is based on the payment method, all Refunds will be processed the same way as the original payment.

Before Shipment: Contact our customer support at support@right-angle.co to cancel your order before receiving the shipment notification.

After Shipment: Order Cancellation is not allowed once you receive the shipment notification email confirming that the parcel has been dispatched. You can start a return after the delivery. Please refer to the following "Return & Refund Policy" for details.

  （1）2 DAYS “FREE-REASON” RETURN POLICY

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason or just changed your mind, you can return it for a full refund within a maximum of 2 days of receipt.

    • Please email support@right-angle.co with (1) Your Order Number, (2) Phone Number, and (3) The name/SN (Serial Number) of the product OR Call us on 012-222-90290.
    • The returned item(s) must be in good condition, maintain their original quality and function, and include all accessories and original packaging.
    • Refund Process: After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it within a few days. The refund will be processed within 5-14 business days, and you will receive a notification email once it's initiated. The actual time to receive the refund depends on your bank’s processing speed.
    • You will be charged ONLY for the shipping fees to our store.

  （2）14 DAYS "DEFECTIVE-REASON” RETURN POLICY

    If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or nonfunctional item, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

    • Please email support@right-angle.co with a detailed description of the issue. Include pictures or a video demonstrating the problem, and a picture of the entire package OR call us on 012-222-90290.
    • All returned item(s) must be in their original condition, without any signs of use, and must be sealed in the original packaging.
    • You can ask for a full REFUND or product REPLACEMENT.
    • Refund Process: After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it within 2 days. The refund will be processed within 5-14 business days, and you will receive a notification email once it's initiated. The actual time to receive the refund depends on your bank’s processing speed.
    • Replacement Process: Delivery of any defective product will be replaced after collecting the product and will be processed within 14 days.
    •  You will NOT be charged for any return fees.
